1.1.2   What data do we collect?

We record your contact information (name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers).

As a user of our sites or applications, we record information about your usage (IP address, date and time, service requested, etc.), and we also record cookies. If you have a personal account, we record the information necessary for this purpose, such as login and password. For candidates who register and submit their file

  • Your date of birth, gender, nationality and settlement permit
  • Your professional qualifications that you have sent us on your CV, useful for a possible position

For employees who carry out or have carried out an assignment

  • Your bank details, your AVS/AHV number and the information on your identity document.
  • Contractual, salary, tax or other information necessary to process your contract and to enable us to fulfil our obligations as an employer (hours worked, vacations, sickness, accident, etc…
  • If you provide us with them, the contact information of the people to contact in case of emergency

The data processing also applies to sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 3c of the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) or to special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 of the GDPR. Sensitive data include political opinions, religious beliefs, physical or mental health or a photo showing ethnic origin. If you provide such information in your application documents, you expressly agree that we may store, process and transmit such information, in confidence, for strictly professional purposes.


1.1.3   What do we do with this information?

We carry out all our treatments on legal bases, corresponding to one of the following categories:

  • Your consent by means of a signed document (consent, registration form, assignment contract, framework contract)
  • Compliance with a legal, regulatory or contractual requirement (such as to guarantee the processing of your wages or social security contributions)
  • Our legitimate interests, described in the following section

  • Perform statistical data analysis, such as analyzing our applicant and temporary worker base; assessing individual performance and capabilities, including rating job-related skills; identifying skill shortages; matching individuals to potential job opportunities; and analyzing “pipeline data” (trends in hiring practices).

We may also use your information for other purposes, provided that we specifically inform you of this no later than at the time the information is recorded. Your consent to such use will always be sought.


1.1.4      What are our legitimate interests?

  • SPS’s interests are personal information for legitimate business purposes, including :
  • The identification and prevention of fraud;
  • Improving the security of our network and information systems;
  • Analyzing, optimizing, developing or generally modifying our services;

The “right to information” allows you to access your personal data stored by SPS at any time. You also have a “right to correction” of these data. This means that you have the right to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete personal data. Finally, you have a “right of deletion”, which allows you to request us to delete or restrict your stored personal data to the extent compatible with the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations.
